RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Graduate of the faculty of textile garments with thorough knowledge in pattern construction;
- Experience of at least 3 years on construction system - modification - grading patterns in LECTRA system (Modaris, Diamino);
- Mandatory - good knowledge of the Modaris program, experience in Gemini is a plus ;
- Good knowledge of Windows ;
- Detailed knowledge of clothing products during work phases, especially knitted items (polo shirts), shirts;
- Technical knowledge about the behavior of textile materials and reinforcements in the processes of washing, cutting, ironing and sewing;
- English - intermediate level;
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
- Developed spirit of observation, great attention to detail and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- analyzes the prototype and performs the construction of all patterns;
- grades starting from the basic pattern on the waist according to the size tables;
- analyzes and interprets, follows the observance of the technical documentation;
- prepares the technical file of the article, for production in collaboration with the person in charge of making it;
- check and be responsible for the correctness of the dimensions with the pattern or the table of dimensions;
- prepares and measures the samples taken for washing and establishes the retraction coefficients;
- realizes the classification of the bales on retractions and patterns for each category;
- modify existing patterns, adapting them to requirements;
- makes frames for series 0 and prototypes;
- cuts series 0 / prototypes and takes care of their supply for manufacturing;
- ensures everything necessary during the production of series 0 / prototypes;
- at the fitting sessions series 0 / prototype participates with suggestions and makes the necessary modifications;
- participates in the validation sessions of series 0 and makes the necessary changes;
- makes the cardboard patterns necessary for cutting the span,, punches;
- establishes and implements the way of signing the logo / embroidery position;
- check the correct position of the emblem with the logo / embroidery;
- deals with correspondence with customers, in terms of technical details;
- keeps in touch with the person responsible for making the assignments, giving him indications regarding the particularities of the models
- transmits to the staff from the cutting room and from the tailoring section the details of the patterns that they must take into account;
- collaborates with those responsible for tailoring and tailoring, for the optimization of patterns, being receptive to their requirements;
- helps, if necessary, other necessary activities in the cutting room
