- Previous E-commerce studio experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Ability to work with and perform high volume product styling
- Eye for visual composition and proportion
- Good knowledge of designers and brands
- Passionate understanding of runway look's and seasonal trends
- Flair and individuality combined with awareness of TON style
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment, but also able to work on own initiative
- Excellent work ethic
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and exceptional eye for detail
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site
- Flexible ‘can-do’ and up-beat attitude
- Understanding of the needs of the business from both a creative and production perspective
- Good in English
What will you do in our team?
- Follow the company’s styling guidelines and maintain a working knowledge of brand specific exceptions;
- Ensure styling for the daily products assigned;
- Style pin board and mannequin shots that accurately depict clothing and accessories;
- Achieve daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for upload;
- Learn on set standards and styling techniques;
- Master all company systems to assist with job role;
- Responsible for own reshoots and coordinate as required;
- Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to Team Leader;
- Ensure sample stock is not damaged during styling/shooting process;
- Ensure all crucial new brands are researched prior to being shot;
- Deliver strong and consistent styling for the products presented on Fashion Days and eMAG;
- Produce inspirational and market leading product imagery according to the defined guidelines;
- Actively participate in the image production process through daily collaboration with the photography and other Content Production teams;
- Provide feedback and/or solutions to tackle any challenges in the process;
- Work with the photographer on set to direct model(s) and select best poses/imagery;
- Measure styling quality and efficiency to reinforce high quality standards through rail sign off, on-set direction, and photo quality control;
- Participate in all Studio activities to ensure KPI achievement, in model casting and training process;
- Has the responsibility to choose the right models for brand campaigns, sales campaigns and any other campaigns that may inquire models selection
- Is working together with the Buying team and offers style and trend guideline for future buying sessions and assures that all the new trends are covered by the buying selections.
- Offers full support to the marketing and brand teams in choosing the styles for all the TV, Social Media and YouTube campaigns and offers full support during the shootings
- Offers support in content generated posts for social media, You Tube, site and other touch points.
